Terms of Service

Last updated: August 9, 2026

The rules for using Solia. Please read them — using the App means you accept them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Solia (the “App”) and our website soliamusic.app (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. What Solia does

Solia is an application that turns text prompts, screenshots, and photos into songs. Using artificial intelligence, it writes lyrics, produces an audio track, and generates cover art (the “Generated Content”).

3. Eligibility and your account

  • Age. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher, to use the App.
  • Signing in. Solia uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure and for everything that happens under your Solia account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it.
  • One account. Don’t create accounts to evade limits, bans, or free-credit allowances.

4. What you upload

You may submit text, images, and screenshots to the App (“User Input”).

  • Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Input. You represent that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to upload it and to have it processed by the Service.
  • You may not upload content that:
    • contains other people’s personal information — private conversations, financial data, government identifiers — without their consent;
    • infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
    • is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination;
    • contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or sexual content involving minors; or
    • contains explicit nudity or pornographic material.

We may review, block, or remove any User Input or Generated Content that violates these Terms, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Ownership and licences

  • Your User Input. You keep all ownership rights in the text, screenshots, and photos you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit your User Input solely to operate the Service and generate your songs.
  • The generated songs. Solia owns the Generated Content. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, download, and share the songs you create for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Commercial use. Selling your songs, using them in advertising, monetising them on a streaming service, or otherwise using them commercially is not permitted under this licence. If you want to do something commercial with a song, write to us first.
  • Third-party AI services. The Service relies on third-party artificial-intelligence providers. Your rights in the Generated Content are also subject to those providers’ terms.
  • Similar outputs. AI-generated content is not unique by nature. Other users may receive songs that resemble yours, and we make no promise of exclusivity.
  • Our brand. The Solia name, logo, and the design of the App belong to us and may not be used without our permission.

6. Things you agree not to do

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to access the Service or generate songs in bulk.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, credit systems, or security measures.
  • Use the Service to create deepfakes, imitate a real person’s voice or likeness, impersonate anyone, or produce misleading audio.
  • Use the Service to harass, bully, threaten, or humiliate another person.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.

7. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of credits. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never handle your payment details.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Credits

  • Credits are consumed when you generate a song. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Purchased credits remain available in your account while your account is active. Unused credits are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated.

Refunds and price changes

  • Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly, though you are always welcome to write to us and we’ll help where we can.
  • We may change prices. Changes to a subscription price take effect at the next renewal and only after notice, and you can cancel before then.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@peakailabs.com with a description of the work, a link to or description of the material in question, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

9. Availability of the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features. We will try to give notice of significant changes, but we are not obliged to.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, quality, originality, or musical appeal of the Generated Content. Because it is produced by AI, you may occasionally receive results that are unexpected, wrong, or offensive. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solia and the people who make it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to reputation, arising out of your use of the Service or the Generated Content. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or twenty US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solia and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Input, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from inside the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

14. Apple

These Terms are between you and Solia, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date above and give notice in the App. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action arising out of these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
